  1. You will let us know if there could ever be such a thing as a mobius warshcloth, won’t cha?

  2. That has to be one of the cutest things I have ever seen in my life. Simply adorable. (And it looks like someone is a YouTube addict!)

  3. did I not tell you that you would LOVE Cats class! And as corney as the dolphin, bird, weasel are – I still remember the cast on LOL

  4. Well, we switched places! I was somewhere on the Oregon Coast before I drove home to see you two in Portland. I enjoyed meeting you and loved being able to see and feel the projects for the book…there are many warshcloths in my future. Elmore Pisgah get ready!
Hope the weather is cooperating enough so you can get a good walk on the beach.
    Katy

  5. I know this is a bit off track, but I just read on another knitting blog that Amazon via Joann Fabric & Craft Stores has many/most of their cotton on sale for 40¢ a ball. Yep – you read that right – 40 CENTS!
Since so many of your readers love that cotton, I thought I’d pass on the deal!
Go to Amazon and do a search for “Sugar Cream Cotton”. There are at least 3 different pages with drop down boxes full of available colors.

  6. …and now it’s gone!
Honest, it was there. (See the LiveJournal community called “knitting”). Apparently the case of another muggle somewhere underestimating the power of the world of knitting blogs.
Either that or we bought everything they had available!

  7. I haven’t heard that many ooohs and aaaahs since the 4th of July!!
But OOOOOH, AAAAAH, that sure was cute!

  8. I take it from the video you went to the Oregon Coast Aquarium? At least I hope you did. I was going to suggest it to you, but then it’s such an obvious suggestion. I love it there. Hope you all are having fun knitting mobius things. Can you do a mobius log cabin?
    Amy

  9. Would this be considered… synchronized floating?

  10. This was so cute I had my teenagers watch it so we could “awwww” together. Thank you so much for posting things like this. I’m glad your weekend is going as nicely as the little buddies in the water and hope you have a fabulous time.

  11. I saw that on Cute Overload yesterday! Quite possibly the most adorable thing I have ever seen. The re-grab just about killed me!

  12. Oh my word that has to be the cutest! thing! EVER!! I can’t wait to show it to my 2yo tomorrow. And my husband. heh He’ll love it.

  13. that was so adorable!
    Thanks.

  14. SO CUTE!!! I’m going to go watch it again. =)

  15. That is the most adorable thing I have ever seen. Thank goodness for you two and the youtube fixation! I watched it once and started laughing and made my roommate watch it with me. Thanks for that!

  16. Well… I’m not fond of either the “cute” word or the “adorable” one, but… this was both. They must be friends!

  17. Don’t you wonder what they are thinking of all of us staring at them while they float along holding hands??

  18. Great new napping idea! I suddenly feel so relaxed.

  19. I thought I TOLE you two not to drink the Koolaid! Just keep floating, the effect should wear off soon.

  20. That is so cute!

  21. How funny. I just put that video on my blog on Friday night. It is painfully cute.
Glad you’re having a great time in OR.

  22. My GOD! How long have you been gone? CUTE OVERLOAD?! Didn’t anyone tell you that knitting is serious, serious business? It is NOT CUTE.
    Happy Pesach by the way!

  23. Hope you’re having a blast in Oregon!
Ann, I know you’re from Nashville; I recently moved to Tennessee, and live about 2 hrs away. I’m planning to drive up there this week to check out the Knitting with Nature trunk show at Angel Hair Yarn Co., and I was wondering if you had any recommendations for craft, yarn, or fabric stores in the area? I’m hoping to make a day of it, but don’t know a thing about Nashville
Thanks in advance! love the blog, the book, and both of your senses of humor :)

  24. When the otter grabs the other otter’s hand again, it is just TOO cute.
